How to Measure
MEN
CHEST: Position the tape measure under the arms at the fullest part of the chest, wrap it around the body until your fingers meet, and make a note of the measurement.
WAIST: Measure around the natural waistline. Be careful not to cinch too tightly to allow for some flexibility.
HIP: Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, measure around the widest part of the hips to ensure there is enough room for comfortable movement.
